Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: 
The return must be received by ASIF within 14 days after you receive the merchandise.

After 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise the sale is final and the merchandise can not be returned
The returned item must have its original sales receipt, shoe box and packing materials free of tape/damages/shipping labels.


The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email customer service (support@asifuture.com) to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund or store credit.


* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not receive a refund or store credit.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*ASIF will not refund you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If the package is deemed undeliverable/refused/abandoned ad is returned to ASIF any refund will NOT be issued and will be forfeited. ASIF will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If you wish to provide a new address, a new order will need to be placed.

Sale items
Discounted or Sale items are no eligible for return.

Exchanges

Please email customer service (support@asifuture.com) to begin the exchange process. Items need to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 14515 Alondra Blvd La Mirada CA 90638, please contact customer service before you return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
